Jefferson County Public School and the University of Louisville, both located in Louisville, Kentucky, are collaborating to offer a Masters or Rank 1 program focused on Instructional Technology Leadership. The purpose of this program is to increase technology expertise of teachers and to foster leadership in curriculum and school change via technology.
